Announcement of the setting of the closing period for the base date and stockholder list
Pursuant to Article 354 of the Commercial Act and Article 12 of our articles of association, we grant voting rights to shareholders listed on the stockholder's list as of August 06th, 2019, and suspend the change in the stockholder's name, registration and registration of the stock, and the change and cancellation of the stockholder's property, in order to confirm the stockholder's shares.
